Refund policy:

We know unexpected circumstances come up, and we want to be as accommodating as we can.  

 

• Cooking class reservations can be canceled up to10 days prior to the event date and in most cases receive a full refund. 

• Other events can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to the event date and in most cases receive a full refund.  

 

Note: Any exceptions to this will be included in the event details or invoice so that you are aware prior to payment.

Some of the excursion events, such as Kayak tours and horseback riding, are weather-dependent.  If an event is canceled by a tour guide, Experience 46 Degrees will work with you to try and find a suitable replacement for that part of the itinerary. If a suitable replacement is not found, we will refund that portion of the trip.

Release of Liability:

By payment for any package I acknowledge that I wish to participate in the events and understand that I do so at my own risk.  In exchange for being permitted to participate in these Activities, I  hereby release Experience 46 Degrees and all employees, officers, agents, and representatives from liability for and hereby waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, death, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, or of to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance and participation in the activities.
