In this interactive experience, Rachel will share her own tried-and-true sourdough techniques, tips, and secrets she’s learned through her years of baking. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to bake your own delicious sourdough at home, plus:

Perfect for date night, girls’ night, or a fun get-together with friends, this private Wine 101 class brings the tasting room experience straight to you.
In this relaxed, interactive session, you’ll discover:

🍷 The differences between popular varietals like Chardonnay and Cabernet
🍷 What terms like “tannins” and “dry” actually mean
🍷 How to pair wine with everyday foods you already love

In this hands-on class, you’ll not only master the bubbly sourdough focaccia recipe but also learn how to create a stunning decorated focaccia — topped with herbs and vegetables arranged into fall-inspired flowers and patterns.
The timing is perfect: you’ll take your focaccia home to rest overnight in the fridge, so it’s ready to bake fresh the next day for a Saturday harvest brunch or a Halloween party centerpiece.
